Most of our wedding dresses are samples and have been tried on, with the help of our Sales Consultants, in our Bridal Boutique. Whilst tremendous care has been taken to keep our gowns in fantastic condition you may find slight signs of handling including loose beads or threads and marks inside. To restore your dress to perfection, we recommend to have it dry cleaned or mended after purchase by an experienced Bridal Seamstress.  We so offer a returns policy on all Wedding Dresses bought on-line or over the phone which have not been tried on in-store.  This allows you to return your dress for a refund within fourteen days of receipt if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
