DELIVERY

  • FREE delivery for purchases over £100 to Northern Ireland, United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland
  • We mainly use 48 hour Royal Mail Tracker Postage and will supply the tracking number, if used, when item is posted
  • £3.99 postage charge for purchases less than £100
  • Rates for postage vary depending on country and item for customers living in Europe and Rest of World.  We will notify you of our method of posting, postal service, estimated delivery date and cost of purchase before accepting payment for the item
  • Instore Collection Service available.
  • We do NOT offer free returns.  If returning items the postage will not be paid by Romantique Bridal, Magherafelt.  The return postage charge will be incurred by you the customer

RETURNS

We hope you love your item purchased on-line from Romantique Bridal. If for any reason you would like to return, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

NOTE *We do NOT offer FREE Returns  you can choose how you wish to return to us by using through your local post office, a chosen delivery company, or in person instore.

EXCHANGING GOODS

We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.  If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

All dispatched orders will include a confirmation form outlining your purchase details, our contact details and return address. Please insert the original order form or a copy of the form in the returned parcel, without this we may not be able to track your details.

Following inspection of the returned goods and after your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact info@romantiquebridal.com

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

The process is simple, you choose which way suits you best to return an item! Complete the order confirmation form by filling in all your relevant details. Simply repackage your purchase and enclose your completed form.

RETURNS VIA POST OFFICE FROM ALL OTHER REGIONS

Please complete the form enclosed with your order indicating the reasons for return, enclose with your package, cut out the return address and attach to the outside of the return package. .

Bring to your nearest postal office and organise to pay return postage. We advise registering the return so as you have proof of postage and can track the status on your return.

Please be aware that If you are ordering for delivery outside of the UK that as from January 1st 2021 when the Brexit Transition period ends you may see some changes. Any returns from outside the UK may incur costs including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods.

When your return package has been received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5 working days.

RETURNS INSTORE

Call instore and return your item/s at a time agreed with Romantique Bridal.  E-mail info@romantiquebridal.com to arrange a mutually suitable day and time. Please have your order form completed with return reason and a we will take the form and returned item/s from you for processing. Your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5 working days.
